Sport was one of the big exercise because we can compete with one another; and it was a good exercise too. If we played a lot of sports and exercise, we will be healtheir, stay motivated, and in a good shape. What I mean by good shape was because your body is normal look, not too fat and not skinny.
Most people were choosing to play sport and exercise because in today life, most people were getting fatter and fatter because of the fat food such as KFC, Mcdonalds, Subway, and etc...Playing sport and exercise will help you alot by losing weight and stay healthy.
As on last fall semester, I took Fitness for Life, which exercise course. In this course, we had to exercise at least four days a week and an hour a day or more. After I took this course, I had lost some pound because we were either choose to play ball or exercise in the weight room. It worked very well, if you really work out. If you wanted to lose weight, you should have tried to play sports or exercise at least thirthy minutes a day or more. It will help you alot by lose weight and stay healthy.
